  • Performance Evaluation ๐Ÿ“Š๐Ÿ“ˆ: Monitor and evaluate vendor performance against established KPIs, providing feedback and initiating improvements as needed.


  • Issue Resolution ๐Ÿšง๐Ÿ”„: Address and resolve issues that may arise during the course of vendor partnerships, maintaining a positive and productive working relationship.


  • Cost Negotiation and Optimization ๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿ”„: Negotiate pricing and terms to optimize costs and ensure cost-effectiveness in vendor relationships.


  • Vendor Compliance ๐Ÿ“‘๐ŸŒ: Ensure vendors comply with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and COSMIC365's standards.


  • Vendor Onboarding and Offboarding ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿ“ฆ: Facilitate the onboarding of new vendors and manage the offboarding process when necessary.


  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives ๐Ÿ”„๐Ÿš€: Identify opportunities for process improvement within vendor relations and implement best practices.

Qualifications ๐ŸŽ“๐ŸŒŸ:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in Vendor Management are a plus.


  • Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in vendor relations or procurement, with a track record of successful leadership.
