  • Training Needs Assessment ๐Ÿ“Š๐Ÿ“: Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and design training programs to address specific organizational needs.

 

  • Learning Program Design ๐ŸŽ“๐Ÿ“š: Design and develop training programs, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and formats, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.
