  • QA Strategy Development ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŽฏ: Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with COSMIC365's business objectives and product goals.


  • Team Leadership ๐Ÿ‘ฅ๐Ÿ†: Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven quality assurance culture.


  • Test Planning and Execution ๐Ÿ“‹๐Ÿ”„: Develop test plans, conduct testing, and ensure the effective execution of test cases to validate product functionality.


  • Automation Testing ๐Ÿค–๐Ÿ”ง: Implement and manage automation testing processes to increase efficiency and accuracy of testing procedures.


  • Performance Testing โš™๏ธ๐Ÿ“Š: Conduct performance testing to evaluate system reliability, scalability, and efficiency.


  • Regression Testing ๐Ÿ”๐Ÿ”„: Implement regression testing processes to ensure new features do not adversely impact existing functionality.


  • Defect Tracking and Reporting ๐Ÿ“‰๐Ÿ“ˆ: Track and report defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications ๐ŸŽ“๐ŸŒŸ:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications are a plus.


  • Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in quality assurance, with a track record of successful team leadership.
