  • Employer Branding ๐Ÿข๐Ÿ’ฌ: Enhance COSMIC365's employer brand by implementing strategies that attract and retain high-caliber candidates.


  • Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives ๐ŸŒˆ๐ŸŒ: Lead initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process.

  • Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in HR recruitment, with a track record of successful team leadership.
