Wellbeing Program Development ๐๐ฏ: Develop and implement comprehensive employee wellbeing programs aligned with COSMIC365's commitment to a healthy and supportive workplace.
Team Leadership ๐ฅ๐: Lead and mentor a team of wellbeing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture focused on employee health and happiness.
Mental Health Initiatives ๐ง ๐ฌ: Implement mental health initiatives, including awareness campaigns, workshops, and resources to support the emotional wellbeing of employees.
Physical Health Programs ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ๐: Design and promote physical health programs, such as fitness challenges, wellness workshops, and activities that encourage a healthy lifestyle.
Work-Life Balance Promotion โ๏ธ๐ก: Develop strategies to promote work-life balance, including flexible work arrangements, remote work policies, and stress management programs.
Health Education and Resources ๐๐ก: Provide educational resources on health and wellbeing topics, ensuring employees have access to information that empowers them to make healthy choices.
Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) ๐๐ผ: Oversee the implementation of EAPs, providing confidential support to employees facing personal or work-related challenges.

Qualifications ๐๐:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in Employee Wellbeing are a plus.
Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in employee wellbeing, with a track record of successful team leadership.
