Team Leadership ๐ฅ๐: Lead and mentor a team of diversity and inclusion professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven inclusive culture.
Training and Education Programs ๐๐: Develop and implement diversity and inclusion training programs to raise awareness and promote understanding within the organization.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition ๐ค๐: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to implement inclusive recruitment practices and ensure a diverse talent pipeline.
Employee Resource Groups ๐ค๐: Facilitate the creation and support of employee resource groups to foster a sense of belonging and representation within the organization.
Policy Development and Compliance โ๏ธ๐: Develop and update policies to ensure they reflect COSMIC365's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Employee Engagement Surveys ๐๐ฌ: Conduct employee engagement surveys to gather insights into the workplace experience and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams ๐ค๐ผ: Collaborate with various departments, including HR, leadership, and marketing, to align diversity and inclusion efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications ๐๐:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in Diversity and Inclusion are a plus.
Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in diversity and inclusion, with a track record of successful team leadership.
