This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead customer success initiatives, build strong relationships, and play a key role in the growth of our dynamic company.
Responsibilities ๐๐ค:
Client Onboarding and Training ๐๐: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, providing training and support to ensure a seamless integration with COSMIC365's solutions.
Relationship Building and Management ๐๐ค: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a positive and successful experience.
Account Management ๐๐ผ: Oversee client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Client Advocacy ๐ฃ๏ธ๐: Advocate for clients within COSMIC365, ensuring their voice is heard and their needs are considered in product development and improvement initiatives.
Issue Resolution and Crisis Management โ ๏ธ๐: Address and resolve client issues promptly, collaborating with internal teams to ensure swift and effective solutions.
Renewal and Upselling Strategies ๐๐ก: Develop and implement strategies to renew client contracts and identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services.
Performance Metrics Analysis ๐๐ก: Analyze customer success performance metrics, gather insights, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaboration with Internal Teams ๐ค๐ป: Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align customer success efforts with overall business goals.
Client Retention Programs ๐๐: Develop and implement customer retention programs to foster long-term relationships and loyalty.
Customer Feedback Gathering ๐ฃ๏ธ๐ฌ: Maintain open and clear communication with clients, gather feedback, and use insights to inform customer success strategies.
Qualifications ๐๐:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in Customer Success Management are a plus.
Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in customer success management, with a track record of successfully managing and retaining high-value clients.
