๐ Key Responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding and Training:
- Conduct thorough onboarding sessions for new customers.
- Provide training and guidance on COSMIC365's products and services.
Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs and challenges.
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Issue Resolution:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns promptly.
Product Feedback and Improvement:
- Gather customer feedback on COSMIC365's products.
- Work closely with the product team to communicate customer needs and contribute to product enhancements.
Renewal Management:
- Monitor and manage customer renewals.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless renewal process.
Communication and Documentation:
- Maintain clear and concise communication with customers.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
๐ Requirements:
- 1 to 4 years of experience in customer success or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with healthcare technology is a plus.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
