Issue Resolution and Escalation Management โ ๏ธ๐: Address client issues promptly, manage escalations effectively, and work towards resolution to maintain high client satisfaction.
Client Communication and Updates ๐ข๐: Implement effective communication strategies to keep clients informed about product updates, new features, and relevant information.
Account Planning and Strategy ๐๐ฏ: Develop account plans and strategies for client retention and growth, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Client Satisfaction Surveys and Feedback ๐๐: Implement client satisfaction surveys, collect feedback, and use insights to drive improvements in client services.
Collaboration with Sales and Product Teams ๐ค๐ป: Work closely with sales and product teams to align client service efforts with overall business goals and product enhancements.

Qualifications ๐๐:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in Client Services Management are a plus.
Experience: 5 to 10 years of proven experience in client services management, with a track record of successfully managing client relationships and satisfaction.
Analytical Skills ๐๐ก: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
