Account Management ๐๐ผ: Manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Client Onboarding and Training ๐๐: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, providing training and support to ensure a smooth integration with COSMIC365's solutions.
Communication and Feedback Gathering ๐ฃ๏ธ๐ฌ: Maintain open and clear communication with clients, gather feedback, and serve as the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues.
Collaboration with Internal Teams ๐ค๐ป: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align client engagement efforts with overall business goals.
Renewal and Upselling Strategies ๐๐ก: Develop and implement strategies to renew client contracts and identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services.
