  • Account Management ๐Ÿ“Š๐Ÿ’ผ: Manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.


  • Client Onboarding and Training ๐Ÿš€๐ŸŽ“: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, providing training and support to ensure a smooth integration with COSMIC365's solutions.


  • Communication and Feedback Gathering ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ๐Ÿ’ฌ: Maintain open and clear communication with clients, gather feedback, and serve as the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues.


  • Collaboration with Internal Teams ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ’ป: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align client engagement efforts with overall business goals.


  • Renewal and Upselling Strategies ๐Ÿ”„๐Ÿ’ก: Develop and implement strategies to renew client contracts and identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services.

Qualifications ๐ŸŽ“๐ŸŒŸ:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in Client Relationship Management are a plus.


  • Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in client relationship management, with a track record of successfully managing and retaining high-value clients.
