- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Explore avenues for upselling and cross-selling COSMIC365's products and services.

- Lead contract negotiation processes, ensuring favorable terms for both COSMIC365 and the client.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize and execute contracts.

- Gather client feedback and insights to continuously improve service delivery and exceed client expectations.
- Implement strategies to address client concerns and enhance overall client experience.
Performance Metrics Tracking: ๐๐
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client relationships.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on client engagement and revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in client relationship management or a related field.
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field (Masterโs degree is a plus).
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
