  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client objectives and maximize business opportunities.


  • Identify growth areas and present innovative solutions to enhance client partnerships.

  • Lead and mentor a team of client relationship managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.


  • Provide guidance and support to team members in achieving individual and collective goals.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts.


  • Explore avenues for upselling and cross-selling COSMIC365's products and services.


Contract Negotiation: ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ’ฐ

  • Lead contract negotiation processes, ensuring favorable terms for both COSMIC365 and the client.


  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize and execute contracts.


Client Feedback and Improvement: ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ๐Ÿ”„

  • Gather client feedback and insights to continuously improve service delivery and exceed client expectations.


  • Implement strategies to address client concerns and enhance overall client experience.


Performance Metrics Tracking: ๐Ÿ“Š๐Ÿ“‰

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client relationships.


  • Provide regular reports to senior management on client engagement and revenue growth.



  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in client relationship management or a related field.


  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field (Masterโ€™s degree is a plus).


  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide a team.


  • Communication: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
